Abstract: THE FORM IS USED TO COLLECT CAMPGROUND FEES AND THEREBY ARE REQUIRED T PAY A FEE THROUGH THE USE OF THE PERMIT FEE ENVELOPE. THE USE OF THE FORM IS NECESSARY AS IT IS NOT PRACTICAL TO HAVE MANNED ENTRANCE STATIONS TO COLLECT THE FEES AT EACH CAMPGROUND SITE.
