Abstract: IE-417R WILL PROVIDE THE DOE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCATION OF WHERE EMERGENCY ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY SITUATIONS EXIST ON AN ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM OR ON A REGIONAL ELECTRIC SYSTEM. THE DATA ALSO PROVIDE DOE WITH A BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATE FEDERAL ACTION TO RELIEVE AN ELECTRICAL ENERGY SUPPLY EMERGENCY. RESPONDENTS
