QUANTITY OF TESTING, REPORTING, A RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS FOR
THE 1994 AND 1995 MODEL YEARS COMPARED PREVIOUS MODEL YEARS. THIS
REDUCTION IS ATTRIBUTED PRIMARILY TO THE U OF CALIFORNIA CARRYOVER
DURABILITY DATA AND SECONDARILY TO THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE
DURABILITY PROGRAMS BY LARGE VOLUME MANUFACTURERS.
