Abstract: OTS COLLECTS FINANCIAL DATA FROM INSURED INSTITUTIONS AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES IN ORDER TO ASSURE THEIR SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS AS DEPOSITORIES OF THE PERSONAL SAVINGS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
