Abstract: AMENDMENTS TO THE FEDERAL INSECTICIDE, FUNGICIDE AND RODENTICIDE REQUIRE PESTICIDE PRODUCT REGISTRANTS TO PAY A ONE-TIME FEE FOR THE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS THEY PRODUCE. THE FEES PAID ARE TO BE APPORTIONED BASED ON MARKET SHARE. A FORM TO COLLECT SALES DATA WILL BE SENT TO REGISTRANTS TO FACILITATE THE APPORTIONMENT.
