This ICR is
approved for six months through April, 1993. When OMB first
approved EIA forms with a revised confidentiality statement which
addressed the DOJ request for EIA data, OMB requested that future
ICRs containing the same statement address the degree to which the
new statement may have affected the quality of the data collected.
This package did not address that issue, and inquiries at DOE
indicated that no specific effort has been made to address that
issue. When DOE resubmits this package, DOE should also include a
report that explains both the type of analysis DOE conducted to
review the quality of the data and should fully explain the results
of the analysis.
