Abstract: SIXTEEN REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS ARE ADDRESSED BY THIS SUBMISSION. THEY ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. REGULATION FOR DESIGN AND OPERATION OF LIQUIFIED GAS CARRIERS. THE REGULATIONS ALSO ADDRESS CARGO HANDLING, CARGO OPERATIONS, AND SAFETY. THE REGULATIONS CURRENTLY APPLY TO 210 FOREIGN FLAG VESSELS AND 16 U.S. FL VESSELS.
