Abstract: ON MARCH 4, 1992, THE SECRETARY APPROVED THE ALLOCATION OF 7.5 PERCENT OF THE POLLOCK TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH FOR THE BERING SEA AND ALEUTIAN ISLANDS AREA TO THE NATIVE WESTERN ALASKA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
