Terms of Clearance: This approval reflects the transfer of all nondiscrimination record keeping and reporting requirements for the JTPA program (except Title Part B) to 1205-0321. Two terms of clearance are continued from the prior approval package: 1) Approval is not granted for the extension of recordkeeping requirements to the MSFW, INAP, and SCSP because DOL does not plan to conduct compliance reviews for these three programs i the coming year. Extension of such requirements will be considered if DOL designates resources for these enforcement reviews and presents OM with copies of scheduling letters for these reviews. 2) Approval extends for less than the three years requested due to implementation DOL's Participant Data System, which will collect race/ethnicity, gender, age, and other information at the individual level. Expansion of this standardized, computerized, data system may duplicate major elements of this package, diminishing its practical utility.
