Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON FERC FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE AUDITS IS NEEDE TO DETERMINE THE COMPANIES' COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMISSION'S ACCOUNTIN RATEMAKING, AND RELATED REGULATIONS AND THE COMMISSION'S REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
