Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTIONS OF 7 CFR 735-742 ARE NECESSARY TO ISSUE LICENSES OR APPROVE CONTRACTS. THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE USED TO DETERMINE IF WAREHOUSEMEN MAKING APPLICATION MEET REQUIRED STANDARDS AND TO DETERMINE THAT THE LICENSEES OR CONTRACTOR CONTINUES TO MEET SU STANDARDS ONCE APPROVED.
