MAKE AND KEEP A RECORD OF THE ANNUAL INSPECTION OF EACH HOISTING
MACHINE AND PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE EQUIPMENT
IN SAFE CONDITION.
