Abstract: HOMELESS EDUCATION, HOMELESS CHILDREN AND YOUTH, FEDERAL AID TO STATE THE APPLICATION IS REQUIRED BY THE STATUE. FUNDS APPLIED SUPPORT AN OFFICE OF COORDINATOR OF EDUCATION FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN AND YOUTH AND IMPLEMENT A STATE PLAN TO PROVIDE HOMELESS CHILDREN AND YOUTH ACCE TO THE SAME EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AS THOSE OFFERED TO REGULAR STUDENTS.
