Abstract: INFORMATION RELATIVE TO OFFSHORE PIPELINES IS COLLECTED FROM OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS LESSEES. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ENABLE THE MINERAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO ASSURE THAT PIPELINES ARE PLANNED, INSTALLED, OPERATED, AND MAINTAINED IN A WAY TO ASSURE SAFETY, PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, AND PREVENT WASTE. RESPONDENTS ARE OCS OIL AND GAS LESSEES.
