Abstract: THE SECTION 301(H) PROGRAM INVOLVES COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM A MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY AND THE STATE IN WHICH THE PUBLICLY OWNED TREATMENT WORKS (POTW) ARE LOCATED. THE POTW SEEKING TO OBTAIN A 301(H) WAIVER PROVIDES APPLICATION, MONITORING, TOXIC CONTROL PROGRAM INFORMATION.
