Approved for use
through 10/93 under the condition that prior to the next submission
for OMB review, PHS comprehensively responds to the concerns of the
National Governors' Association as expressed by a lett to OMB dated
5/14/93. Also, the additional period of time will allow OMB to
consider the rule's requirements along with the detailed
application requirements submitted for PRA review on May 27, 1993.
On June 4, 1993, PHS published the Federal Register notice
soliciting public comments on these detailed application
requirements.
