This ICR is
approved through August 31, 1996. However, in any further revisions
of Subpart FF, EPA should examine the possibility of not requiring
sources that are not covered by this standard by virtue of the fact
that there is no benzene present at the facility to notify the
agency. In addition, EPA should consider reducing required
reporting from quarterly to semiannually.

PETROLEUM REFINERIES, COKE BYPRODUCT RECOVERY PLANTS, AND
