THIS REGULATION REQUIRES A FCU TO KEEP
A COPY OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISA IT ALSO REQUIRES THAT A FCU USING
GEOGRAPHIC FACTORS IN EVALUATING REA ESTATE LOAN APPLICATIONS MUST
DISCLOSE SUCH FACT ON THE APPRAISAL AND STATE ITS JUSTIFICATION.
THIS REGULATION INSURES COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING
ANTI-REDLINING REQUIREMENTS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
