Abstract: THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE RULES RELATING TO AN EXCLUSION FROM GROUP INCOME FOR CERTAIN RETURNED MERCHANDISE. THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE THAT IN ADDITION TO PHYSICAL RETURN MERCHANDISE, OF A WRITTEN STATEMENT LISTING CERTAIN INFORMATION MAY CONSTITUTE EVIDENCE OF THE RETURN.
