Abstract: THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS WOULD ADD FIVE CATEGORIES OF COVERED PRODUCTS (ONE NEW CATEGORY OF POOL HEATERS AND FOUR NEW CATEGORIES OF PLUMBING PRODUCTS) TO EPCA'S LIST OF COVERED PRODUCTS. EACH MANUFACTURER OF POOL HEATERS MUST ANNUALLY SUBMIT DATA TO THE COMMISSION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS' ENERGY COSTS OR EFFICIENCY INFORMATION.
