Abstract: PROVIDES TO SELECTED INDIVIDUALS SUPPORT OF TRAINING EXPERIENCES IN BIOMEDICAL AND BEHAVIOR RESEARCH. AWARDS ARE MADE TO INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS FOR SPECIFIED TRAINING PROPOSALS, SELECTED AS A RESULT OF A NATIONAL COMPETITION. THIS SERIES OF FORMS USED BY INDIVIDUALS TO APPLY FOR, ACTIVATE, TERMINATE, TRAVEL, AND PROVIDE FOR PAYBACK OF A NATIONAL RESEARCH SERVICE AWARD.
