Abstract: THIS PROGRAM IS CONCERNED WITH A STUDY OF CAPITAL PUNISHMENT STATUTES AND PERSONS UNDER SENTENCE OF DEATH IN STATE AND FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
