Per ED's
request, an extension of this form without change from the current
version is approved through January 1994. ED will submit a revised
form to implement provisions of the reauthorized Rehabilitation Act
for reporting data from FY 1994 beginning 10/1/94. ED will also
collect comment on data needed for RSA generally pursuant to
Section 136 of the Act, and develop approriate revisions to the dat
collections as a result of that effort.ED will allow States
sufficient time to prepare for the revised reporting that will
commenc on 10/1/94.
