Abstract: THIS REGULATION IS BEING REVISED AS THE RESULT OF A NEW AUTHORIZATION UNDER SECTION 306C(B) OF THE CONSOLIDATED FARM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT A (7 U.S.C. 1926(C)), AS AMENDED. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SECTION 306 WWD INDIVIDUAL GRANT PROGRAM IS TO EXTEND WATER AND WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE TO AND/OR CONNECTING THE RESIDENTS OF COLONIES ALONG THE U.S./MEXICO BORDER TO A COMMUNITY WATER AND/OR WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
