Abstract: THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AUTHORIZING LO GUARANTEES FOR SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING LOANS MADE BY APPROVED LENDERS IN ORDER TO MAKE CREDIT AVAILABLE TO HOUSEHOLDS UNABLE TO GET CREDIT WITHOUT THE LOAN GUARANTEE TO ASSIST RURAL FAMILIES IN OBTAINING DECEN SAFE, AND SANITARY DWELLINGS. THE REGULATION IS BEING REVISED IN ORDE TO ADDRESS ISSUES WHICH AROSE DURING THE FIRST YEAR OF IMPLEMENTATION
