Approved as
amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 10/29/93 and 11/1/93. DOL has
agreed that in cases where the ETA 785 is used to transfer a j
order out of the local area, for which the ETA 790 has already been
completed, data collected through the 785 that duplicates data
collect through the 790 need not be filled out again. Respondents
will be abl to attach the 790 to the 785, and need not complete
those elements on the 785 that duplicate information collected on
the 790. DOL will revise the instructions for the 785 to indicate
this change. -- If any operational problems require that the
information appear on both forms, DOL shall discuss with OMB
options that allow this without requiring respondents to provide
duplicative data.
