Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for one year. The agency did not include within its burden estimate data generation activities necessary to complete t reporting requirements in this ICR. Before submission of this ICR for renewal, EPA shall revise its burden estimates to include these activities in accordance with OMB regulation and guidance. EPA should use the same methodology for calculating burden as was used for the Phases 4 and 5 of the Registration Process (OMB # 2070-0107). In addition, should submit for OMB approval any changes in registratio policy that affect registrant burden. EPA should provide a brief description of the policy change, the need for information, and the estimated burden. OMB will promptly review these burden additions under this generic clearance; generally within 10 working days. EPA should continue to submit new ICRs for changes in policy that would cause an exceedance of the hours approved under this generic clearance
