Abstract: SECTION 73.2080 REQUIRES THAT EACH BROADCAST STATION ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, AND CARRY OUT A PROGRAM TO ASSURE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY IN EVERY ASPECT OF A STATION'S POLICY AND PRACTICE. THE DATA IS USED BY BROADCAST LICENSEE IN PREPARATION OF ITS EEO PROGRAM (FCC 396) SUBMITT WITH ITS APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
