Abstract: UNDER SECTION 12(F) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 ("ACT"), A NATIONAL SECURITIES EXCHANGE MAY APPLY TO THE COMMISSION FOR UNLISTED TRADING PRIVILEGES IN A SECURITY. THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY RULE 12F-1, ADOPTED IN 1934, IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE COMMISSION WITH INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR IT TO MAKE THE REQUIRED STATUTORY FINDINGS IN ORDER TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION.
