Abstract: POST-LICENSING CHANGES, LICENSES, SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANIES THE SBA FORM 415C SERVES AS A COVER SHEET TO IDENTIFY ANY POST-LICENSI CHANGES.
