Abstract: ENG FORMS 3926, 3925, AND 3925B ARE USED TO CONDUCT THE WATERBORNE COMMERCE STATISTICS PROGRAM. ENG FORM 3926 IS OPTIONAL AND USED FOR QUALITY CONTROL AT SELECTED SITES WHERE DATA COLLECTION PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURED. SOME ELEMENTS ON ENG 3925 ARE USED BY THE U.S. CUSTOMS SERVI TO VERIFY COLLECTION OF THE HARBOR MAINTENANCE TAX.
