Abstract: FERC-541 IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE JUST AND REASONABLENESS OF ALLOCATION METHODS USED BY JURISDICTIONAL PIPELINES TO ALLOCATE REMAINING GAS SUPPLIES DURING CURTAILMENT PERIODS. THE COLLECTION OF FERC-541 DATA IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THAT SUCH METHODS OF ALLOCATIO ARE NOT UNDULY DISCRIMINATORY BETWEEN PERSONS, LOCALITIES, OR CLASSES SERVICE.
