Abstract: SEVEN-UNIT LIMITATION, NEIGHBORHOOD REDEVELOPMENT, REHABILITATION LOA THE RULE REQUIRES STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO SUBMIT A PLAN TO HUD DESCRIBING THE PROGRAM OF NEIGHBORHOOD REDEVELOPMENT. HUD MUST ACCEPT THE SEVEN UNIT RULE.
