Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION ADDRESSES PROPOSED PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE SUBMITTAL OF A PARTIAL QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM (PQC) FOR ESTABLISHMENTS USING ADVANCED MEAT/BONE SEPARATION MACHINERY AND RECOVERY SYSTEMS.
