Abstract: THE DATA COLLECTED, WHICH IS REQUIRED BY REGULATION, IS USED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO ASSESS WIC STATE AGENCY PROGRESS IN ELIMINATING VENDOR FRAUD, WASTE, AND ABUSE AND THE NEED FOR PROGRAM CHANGES TO BETTER IDENTIFY POTENTIAL VENDOR ABUSE.
