Abstract: A PROPOSAL TO MODIFY THE REGULATIONS ON HOW THE COMMISSION ALLOCATES ANNUAL CHARGES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. THE COMMISSION IMPLEMENTS THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 10(E) OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT TO COLLECT ANNUAL CHARGES FROM HYDROPOWER LICENSEES. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE THE CHARGES TO ASSESS AGAINST LICENSEES FOR SUCH USE.
