Abstract: THIS REPORTING REQUIREMENT SERVES AS THE NOTIFICATION THAT THE OWNER OF A FIXED OCS FACILITY HAS CONDUCTED AN ANNUAL INSPECTION FOR COMPLIANCE WITH COAST GUARD REGULATIONS. THE FORM ALSO SERVES AS A CHECKLIST FOR INSPECTION PURPOSES. INFORMATION IS USED BY COAST GUARD PERSONNEL TO ASSIST IN DETERMINING FUTURE COAST GUARD ACTION.
