Abstract: THE EVALUATION WILL DESCRIBE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS, ASSESS THE IMPACT OF THE PROGRAM ON PARTICIPANTS, DETERMINE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PROGRAM'S ADMINISTRATIVE AND SERVICE DELIVERY ELEMENTS, AND ASSESS FUNDING SOURCES AND ADEQUACY BASED ON DA COLLECTED FROM ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AGING NETWORK, ELDERLY PARTICIPANT AND NONPARTICIPANTS.
