Abstract: PUBLIC LAW 103-200 (THE DOMESTIC CHEMICAL DIVERSION CONTROL ACT OF 199 IMPOSES AN ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENT FOR MANUFACTURERS OF LISTED CHEMICALS.
