Abstract: EIA-890 WILL BE USED TO COLLECT DATA ON PRIVATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FLEETS OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE ATLANTA AREA. DATA WILL BE USED TO ME THE OJECTIVES OF THE ENERGY POLICY ACT. RESPONDENTS WILL CONSIST OF A SAMPLE OF ALL FLEETS IN THE ATLANTA AREA.
