Abstract: EIA-890 WILL BE USED TO COLLECT DATA ON PRIVATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FLEETS OF MOTOR VEHICLES. DATA WILL BE USED TO MEET THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ENENRGY POLICY ACT. RESPONDENTS WILL CONSIST OF A SAMPLE OF ALL FLEETS IN 5 MAJOR METROPLITAN AREAS.
