Abstract: THESE VOLUNTARY CUSTOMER SURVEYS WILL BE USED TO IMPLEMENT EXECUTIVE ORDER 12862. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WILL INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL DISASTER VICTIMS WHO HAVE MADE APPLICATION TO ONE OR MORE DISASTER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND WHOSE APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY PROCESSED. CUSTOMERS WHOSE APPLICATIONS ARE PENDING WILL NOT BE AFFECTED. THE DA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO SET CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS.
