Abstract: THE RULE 10B-1 AMENDMENTS ARE NEEDED TO PROTECT INVESTORS SO THAT THEY CAN BETTER REVIEW THE TRANSACTION COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR SECURITI TRANSACTIONS.
