Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL BE USED TO GATHER INFORMATION ON THE ACTIVITIES OF FORUM PARTICIPANTS IN EDUCATION REFORM SINCE THE GOALS 2000 TEACHER FORUM. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE THE DESIGN AND PRESENTATIO OF FUTURE FORUMS.
