Abstract: THIS PERFORMANCE REPORT IS USED BY STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES THAT HAV PARTICIPATED IN THE ROBERT C. BYRD HONORS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. THE U. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION USES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED TO ASSESS THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AND TO AID IN EFFECTIV PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
