Abstract: THE REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERATORS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE INCLUDE SPECIFIC PRE-TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AN EXPORT REQUIREMENTS. RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE MAINTENANCE OF PERSONNEL TRAINING RECORDS, CONTINGENCY PLANS AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, AND SPECIAL RECORDS FOR TANK SYSTEMS. EPA USES THESE RECORDS TO ENSURE THAT GENERATORS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE ARE OPERATING IN
