Abstract: THE AIDAR SUPPLEMENTS THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. THE CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE BIOGRAPHICAL DATA SHEET IS ONE OF THE SOURCES OF INFORMATION THAT USAID NEGOTIATORS USE TO AWARD A CONTRACT. IT CONTAI INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH LOGISTIC SUPPORT AND ALLOWANCES, ESTIMATES OF QUALIFICATIONS OF THE INDIVIDUALS WORKING UNDER THE CONTRACT, AND COST MONITORING.
