Abstract: THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED HEREIN SET FORTH POLICIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SBP BY STATE AGENCIES AND FOR ITS OPERATION BY LOCAL LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS.
