Abstract: THE PROPOSED NEW SECTION 35.26 ESTABLISHES STANDARDS FOR THE RECOVERY STRANDED COSTS BY PUBLIC UTILITIES AND TRANSMITTING UTILITIES. A 3-YE PERIOD IS ESTABLISHED FOR NEGOTIATION AND FILING OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO REFLECT PROVISIONS FOR RECOVERY OF ANY STRANDED COSTS THAT MAY OCCU IF THE CUSTOMER REDUCES ITS SERVICE. RECOVER THROUGH JURISDICTIONAL RATES THE COSTS LEVIED AGAINST THEM DUE TO THE ATOMIC ENERGY ACT.
