Abstract: THESE VOLUNTARY SURVEYS WILL BE USED TO IMPLEMENT E.O. 12862. THREE FOCUS GROUPS WILL BE CONDUCTED WITH PRIVATE LAND MOBILE RADIO APPLICANTS/LICENSEES (LICENSEES, FREQUENCY COORDINATORS, LAW FIRMS, VENDORS, LICENSEE REPRESENTATIVES). BOOZ-ALLEN & HAMILTON, OUR CONTRACTOR, WILL CONDUCT THE FOCUS GROUPS, AND THE DATA WILL BE SHARED WITH FCC STAFF TO DEVELOP CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS.
